Welcoming Vivaia to the UK!

Founded in China, Vivaia has quickly grown into a global brand, now reaching customers and suppliers across more than 61 countries worldwide.

Vivaia has opened the doors to its very first UK store, marking an exciting milestone in the brand’s global expansion. With many more locations planned for the future, we’re proud to have delivered the full fit-out for their UK debut.

Building the Vivaia Brand in the UK

With Vivaia’s branding already so consistent and strong across their international stores, there was a lot to live up to.

We collaborated closely with Steve Moore from Design Time to bring the store’s design to life. With Vivaia already well-established overseas, numerous calls and meetings were required to ensure the London flagship mirrored the branding and aesthetic of their international stores. This involved careful attention to every detail, maintaining the quality and style that customers have come to expect from Vivaia worldwide.

Located in Westfield Shopping Centre, Shepherd’s Bush, the project began with an empty shell unit, giving our team full control over the entire fit-out. With the existing ceiling and flooring already in place, we took on every other element, transforming the space into Vivaia’s very first UK flagship store.

The Bespoke Fit-Out for Vivaia

Our in-house joinery team delivered all bespoke elements with an impressive turnaround, carefully crafting the perimeter feature joinery, shelving, and illuminated display boxes so they integrated seamlessly into the space.

Lighting plays a key role in Vivaia’s store, with LED downlights carefully positioned throughout to showcase all of their wonderful products.

Visitors are welcomed by a bronze Rimex-finished arch at the store entrance. In the window display, Vivaia’s signature ‘V’-manufactured by our team- stands for shoppers passing by to see, while inside, a two-tier product display showcases the brand’s latest pieces as customers step into the store.

At the very rear of the store, you’ll find a feature light box, where our team manufactured the initial structure. Foliage was then added, signage installed, and a Perspex front fitted to finish it off and bring it to life. Positioned in front of this feature is the beautiful curved till counter, also manufactured by our in-house team.
