Crafting a Design-Led Marketing Suite for Helical PLC

On King William Street, we had the pleasure of fitting out Helical PLC’s new Marketing Suite, delivering a space designed for collaboration and presentation.

As a Central London-focused real estate business listed on the London Stock Exchange, Helical is known for shaping sustainable, design-led spaces- so it was important that the environment representing their brand felt just as thoughtful and well considered.

From start to finish, our team at Carter Newlove managed and completed the full fit-out, delivering a high-end space for collaboration and client engagement.

Tailored Joinery and Bespoke Elements Designed for Helical

The new Marketing Suite features bespoke joinery throughout, giving the space a personal touch and a seamless, carefully considered finish.

Our CAD team drew all the technical elements, which were then manufactured in our workshop and expertly installed on site by our team.

As you enter the Marketing Suite, on the right you’ll find oak-veneered wall panelling which seamlessly incorporates the TV, creating a sleek, cohesive feature that feels like a natural part of the space.

The recessed kitchen area features an oak-veneered MDF worktop with a brushed stainless-steel surface, topped by a floating shelf and subtle LED lighting beneath – keeping the space functional and clean.

One of our favourite details is the corkboard wall. Framed in warm oak and finished to match the rest of the suite, the central cork panels provide a practical space for pinning plans or notes while still feeling inviting and considered.

Bringing People Together in a Space Shaped by Thoughtful Design

In the centre of the Marketing Suite sits a large central table, comfortably seating up to 12 – ideal for larger meetings and presentations. The table is positioned to make everything easily accessible, close to the corkboard wall for planning sessions, the integrated TV for presentations, and of course, the kitchen area!

It was a pleasure collaborating with Orbit Design and the team at Helical PLC on this project. We worked closely throughout the entire process to bring the new Marketing Suite to life, creating a space that reflects the quality and heart of the brand.
