Pre-Construction and Procurement
Once your concept has been developed, we will assess the site’s suitability for your fit-out.
Our in-house CAD team will begin creating detailed technical drawings in preparation for manufacturing.
At the same time, procurement of materials, finishes, and subcontractors begins, ensuring everything is in place for the fit-out phase.

Production
In this phase, your design is brought to life by the manufacturing of bespoke joinery.
Our team carefully manages the production and manufacturing process in-house, ensuring all design specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Project Installation
Once everything is prepared, our team will begin the installation process.
This step involves carefully installing all components, including joinery, fixtures, fittings, and systems, to transform the space.
Our Project Managers carry out regular checks to ensure our high standards are maintained and any adjustments can be handled promptly.

Completion and Handover
After installation is complete, the project moves into its final phase.
Our team will thoroughly inspect the premises and carry out snagging to ensure everything meets quality standards.
Upon finalisation, we provide our clients with an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual, with details on the premises and its upkeep and maintenance.
We are available for continued support and guidance upon completion, ensuring that everything continues to operate seamlessly long after completion.
